01. Prepare the penne according to package instructions and drain well when they are ready. 02. Meanwhile, mix the yolks, the grated parmesan and ricotta in a bowl. Add the cream and stir with a fork. Grate a little nutmeg and add salt and pepper. 03. You put the license pot over medium heat, melt butter, add the drained penne and stir well. 04. Switch off the eye and pour the mixture with the ricotta. Stir well with a large spoon until the sauce to cover the penne.
