Materials
400 gr. noodles
70 gr. Margarine
70 gr. flour
1 liter milk
100 gr. Parmesan
6 leeks
500 gr. sausages
1 cup white wine
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Prepare the sauce and season. Saute leeks in a little olive oil. Remove casings from sausages and crush the inside like minced meat. Saute the ground beef with leeks. Deglaze with white wine and simmer until ladaki stay with them.
