The short pasta puts the good and transforms into a magical Pasta salad
Pasta salad recipe Ingredients for 6 servings: - Half Cut Package pasta 10 Spring onions 3 Klonaria Celery 3 Klonaria Dill 3 Red Peppers 200 gr. Zwan or Ham (part) 4 eggs 2 Cups Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon mustard - Salt - Pepper Preparation:
* Start boiling the pasta and letting in a colander to cool. * Cut the peppers and ham into small pieces and finely chop the onions, celery and dill. * Boil the eggs so as to leave sfichta and cut into pieces. * Take a bowl and add all the above ingredients along with salt and pepper. * Add the mayonnaise and mustard and stir well with a spoon, or better results with our hands. * Pour the salad into a deep platter and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Notes:
To show the most beautiful dish you keep a little mayonnaise and spend a layer above the salad. Decorate with a few slices of egg and a little dill and pepper.
