Paper Recipe from Spanish cuisine What you need: (4 people)
3 tablespoons olive oil 1 large onion 1 large yellow pepper 1 large green pepper 1 large red pepper 2 tomatoes Parsley 8 eggs Salt - pepper 4 thick slices country bread
How we make:
Finely chop vegetables. In a frying pan Heat oil and add onion to cooked. Add peppers and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until the peppers soften. Then add the beaten eggs and mix well the mixture until the eggs are cooked. Finally add the chopped tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve the pepper over the slices of bread.
