1 pound fillet of chicken (leg and breast) cut into pieces
750 gr. basmati rice
4 onions
150 gr. margarine
½ teaspoon klostitses saffron
3 tbsp warm milk
Salt
For the marinade
2 tomatoes cut into cubes or chopped 1 fl.ntomatakia
3 dust. garlic mashed
2 tbsp blend of cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and nutmeg
2 strained yoghurt
Xymo of 1 lemon
2 bay leaves
1 cup. chopped mint
1 teaspoon turmeric
Process
In a large bowl, uniting all the marinating ingredients. Add the chicken material marinating and stir well, cover and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Cut the onions into slices and saute in margarine until golden brown and soft. Put the egg in warm milk. Wash rice and put in a pot with water and salt, just boil the water leave for 5 more minutes to cook to keep the rice. Drain rice in which the onions and add the milk and the egg. Mix well and season.
In a pot poured the chicken with the marinade and spread the mixture over rice. Without stir, cover the pot and bake at 160 degrees oven for 40 minutes. |
