Oven Omelette recipe is so easy to prepare

Oven Omelette recipe Ingredients: (serves 4):

* 8 eggs
* 1 glass milk carton
* 1/2 kilo potatoes around (be thick layer at the bottom of the pan)
* 1 small package frankfurt sausages
* ½ box pummaro
* 6-7 slices of bacon
* 1 green bell pepper
* Salt and pepper
* Oregano
* Lots of grated cheese, preferably a soft yellow eg Gouda, Edam, mozzarella, etc.


* Cut thick slices medium potatoes and fry
* When the run-fried in a medium pan bottom but is deep enough
* Sprinkle the pummaro, salt, pepper and oregano and mix well with potatoes
* In a large lekanaki / bowl beat well the eggs and milk
* Finely chop the bacon and peppers
* Pour into the bowl with the eggs Bacon, peppers and sausages whole and mix well all ingredients together
* Empty the contents of the bowl in the pan over the potatoes making sure that you settle down to go everywhere all the ingredients evenly
* Above add the grated cheese spreading it everywhere
* Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about an hour (until you get the surface color or crisp, depending tastes) or even better in hot air if this is possible in your oven because the hot air faster and become fired more easily and uniformly through the material.
