Orange Cake is a delicious and fluffy cake, perfect for breakfast Orange Cake ingredients for 8 Servings: 500 gr. Flour (all purpose) 250 gr. Butter (soft) 2 cups water Sugar 5 Eggs 2 Vanilla 1 cup water Orange (pressed) 1 Orange (zest in) Baking powder 1 sachet (20gr.)
Preparation:
We will need a mixer and tin.
* Beat in a large bowl the butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes. * Add the remaining ingredients turn our (eggs, vanilla, orange zest) and continue beating. * With a spoon (for convenience) slowly add the flour (tablespoon) and empty and baking. * Continue to whisk the mixture until it is our single form. * Butter the cake tin and sprinkle with a little flour to go everywhere (this will help the cake not stick and go out easily when cooked). * Pour the mixture and we bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes to 180 degrees.
