Omelette Rainbow Ingredients for: Omelette Rainbow
- 8 eggs - green pepper 50g - green pepper 50g - zucchini 75g - 8 tomatos cherry yellows - A bunch of parsley - Salt and pepper - 5 Spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil Preparation for: Omelette Rainbow
1 To cut out sweet peppers and the zucchinis (sections of 1cm). To mix with salt and 2 spoonfuls of virgin olive oil.
2 To cut tomato-cherry in districts. To cut parsley.
3 To beat eggs and to season.
4 To pour 3 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil in an anti-adhesive poële. To add eggs once the hot poële.
5 Once almost cooked omelette, to add sweet peppers and zucchini. To spread out well over all the surface of the preparation.
6 When the omelette is cooked, to add an olive oil net. To be useful powdered with parsley, accompanied by tomatos cherries and toast.
