2-3 onions chopped dried in grater
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon thyme
1 cup olive oil
1 cup white wine

The octopus in wine sauce pot is the most beautiful dishes, either winter or summer. The following recipe is very easy, provided you have a well-beaten octopus (to soften in the pot).
