Description: Flour a surface and add the oil, half a glass of water, salt and pepper. Knead the mixture until a homogeneous and soft. Cover the bread with a cloth and place in warm place for 30 minutes. In a bowl mix the ricotta, eggs (beaten), Parmesan, mozzarella (diced), salami (in pieces) and pepper. Roll the dough and make circles with a diameter of 10 cm. In each one put a tsp. filling and seal edges well. Fry the pita bread in hot oil and place on absorbent paper towels. Serve immediately.
