Description: In a deep saucepan, put the onions and saute in a tablespoon of oil. Add mince and stir until it suck fluids and separate the pieces of meat. Pour the batter, cinnamon, salt, pepper and cook. In a skillet sauté the eggplant and potatoes. In baking dish spread the potatoes first, then half the eggplant, top mince. Finally, spread the remaining aubergines. In a saucepan put the butter to burn and add the flour. The burn for awhile. Lower the heat and slowly add the warm milk. Add salt, nutmeg and pepper. Allow to thicken. In the end after thickens, add the egg and leave for 5 more minutes to heat, stirring constantly.
