Materials
500 gr. minced beef 2 teaspoons curry powder 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs 1 egg 1 medium onion, chopped 5 to 6 small carrots tenderly 3 to 4 tablespoons flour Salt and pepper Butter and oil Beef consomme
Preparation
Put the meat in a pan and add a pinch of curry powder, salt, pepper, beaten egg and bread crumbs. Mix well.
Shape the meatballs and flour, fry until golden brown.
Remove them aside. Saute the onion, pour in a pan, add carrots and meatballs.
I cover the meatballs with chlyaro broth and simmer for 40 minutes.
Dissolve the remaining tablespoon of curry powder and flour in a little water. Add to the mix a bit - a bit of broth to the food and add to saucepan and stir carefully until the sauce thickens.
Serve with mashed potatoes warm |
