Lenten with chocolate sauce

Lenten with chocolate sauce is a tasty dessert

300 gr. honey
300 gr.sugar
400-450 gr. karydopsycha
4.5 tablespoons cognac
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon powdered kanelogaryfalla
2 cup of orange juice or warm water
3 ½ cup of flour for all uses


Melt the honey in orange or lukewarm water.
Add the sugar, cognac, the karydopsycha psilokopanismeni (like wheat), and finally the kanelogaryfalla flour mixed with baking powder and soda.

Chocolate Sauce
