Lenten Mayonnaise Recipe

Lenten Mayonnaise (no eggs)

Lenten Mayonnaise

The "normal" as we know wants mayonnaise eggs!
And it wants fresh eggs, raw as they are added during manufacture.
If you succeed avgoulakia a fresh mayonnaise will fix it, as has another taste homemade.
Over the years however I have found a recipe for mayonnaise without eggs, which is second to none of flavor, the village that my sons like the most because they say the flavor reminds them of a sauce for potatoes, which are only found in McDonald's.
The mayonnaise instead of eggs that have cream, I did quite a lenten this time, putting herbal cream.
The preparation is simple, simple!
We need:
300 ml vegetable cream (kretore)
300 ml sunflower or other light oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 tablespoon mustard can
What we do:
Put in blender all ingredients except the oil and beat to make paste.
We begin to gradually add the oil, continuing to hit at medium-high speed.
Taste the salt, and if we add a little more and strikes again.
The mayonnaise is ready!
Put it in glass jars and we keep in the refrigerator for no more than a week (the homemade mayonnaise is not known to have long life, should be consumed within 5-7 days from the date we made)
Comment:
The mayonnaise is sometimes, while you keep in the refrigerator, it can become a "buttery" in this case just before use, add a bit of sunflower oil and stir well with a circular motion.
