Preparation:
* Wash the chicken legs (after we pull out of the skin) and drain well. (Choose chicken breast if you prefer) * Heat some oil in our pan and fry the legs and from the 2 sides. (When you try to turn loose and do not mean that it was time ...) * Peel the onion and sprinkle over with chopped 2 cloves garlic and mix all ingredients together to light brown in a casserole. * Pour a glass of white wine and add salt, pepper and 1 cup water. (The amount of water depends on the amount of chicken cook) * Close the pan and just raise the valve lower heat and let stand 10 minutes. * Once you turn down the heat and totally dropped the valve open and check the pot (with a fork) if boiled chicken. * If cooking is complete, add the rosemary (if we replace with oregano) and pressed 1 lemon and roll the eye over a low heat to the sauce thickens. * In a cup put 1 teaspoon of cornflour and a little broth from the pot, mix well and put in our food to anchor quickly and the sauce beautifully.
