Jacobs suchard without ice cream recipe


It is one of my favorite ice cream. It is unique and not easily found in ice cream parlors. Many of you probably have not tried it (and it may not have even heard of). But you do not know what you're missing ... The reason for ice cream 'Jacobs Suchard'.
The recipe you need to present enough material and enough "noise" to prepare. Also a bit akrivoutsiki, the result of several materials they need. Believe me though, it's worth the build, the result will amaze you!
The ice cream comes out pretty soft and does not require the use of ice cream - and also do not need an intermediate hits and no krystalliazei during freezing.

MATERIALS:

* 1 can sweetened milk
* 1/2 cup (about 100 ml) fresh milk (not light)
* 700 ml cream with at least 30% fat
* 400 gr chocolate spread
* 150 gr dark chocolate
* 100 gr peeled almonds
* 2-3 tablespoons brandy

EXECUTION:

1) First you roast almonds. We take 100 g blanched almonds and place in a baking pan.
2) Put the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
3) Once ready the toasted almonds, let them cool.
4) Put in blender in sweetened milk, fresh milk, chocolate spread and brandy.
5) Beat for 1 minute to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
6) Pour into a large bowl cream 700 ml milk and beat with mixer on high speed for 5-6 minutes until it becomes whipped cream.
7) When the cream is ready, pour the mixture into the pan from the blender and beat with mixer on medium speed until well mixed with whipped cream.
8) Meanwhile, in a small bowl, grate the chocolate.
9) Empty the grated chocolate and roasted almonds in the pan and stir well with a large spoon.
10) Pour this mixture into a metal bowl and place in freezer. No need to jump in between the shuffle and not doing as crystal! After 6-7 hours the ice cream is ready.

REMARKS:

The amount of ice cream produced is approximately 2 liters. Fresh milk should not be light.
The cognac, as well as roasted almonds, are essential to this ice cream and give it a distinctive flavor.
The ice produced is relatively soft and can be kept in the freezer for a while it does not contain eggs.
