Ingredients (for 4 people):
* 1/2 kg of small potatoes * 1 small marrow * 2 medium tomatos * 150 g. of cheese Burgos type * 1 cup of bird broth * 1 or 2 teeth of garlic * Black pepper just ground * Thyme * Vinegar * Oil * Salt The potatoes with water and salt cook during half an hour, passing them through a cold water spurt so that they peel well. Once cold, they are cut in square or wedges and are reserved. The marrow peels itself and it is also cut in squaring, ripening it with crushed garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. In a frying pan with a little oil the marrow to low fire fries itself during five minutes. The potatoes, the cup of broth and a vinegar spurt, leaving of a fervor are added.
