 1 pound goat (loin boneless) 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped 4 tablespoons olive oil 2 onions, chopped Salt and pepper
Outturn In a pot pour the olive oil with onion and garlic and saute until wilted. Then put the lamb, cut into small pieces and leave until browned on all sides (mixing). Add 1 cup water and let it simmer. Add water when necessary. Leave for about 1 ½ hours to cook over low heat. Towards the end remove the lid and let it evaporate more water and food to stay with the sauce. Serve hot, accompanied perfectly with homemade noodles and cheese. |
