Ingredients 750 gr. rhubarb 150 ml. apple juice concentrate 2 tbsp. ginger root, grated 50 ml. water
Preparation Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces, grate the ginger and measure the juice. Add everything together in the baking dish - if you rinse the beaker with 50 milliliters of water you also add the rhubarb. Place the baking dish in the oven for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
