German kartoffelsalat is a tasty salad to prepare German kartoffelsalat
750 g (waxy) aardappeis 1 sour apple 1 large sour pickle 1 onion 6 tbsp. yogonaise 1 tsp. mustard salt pepper 2 tbsp. parsley 2 tbsp. chive
Peel and wash the potatoes. Cook them in a sealed dish in a microwave at full power (800 watts) 5 minutes. Cut into cubes. Mix apple slices, pickles, onions and spices into the potatoes and let the sauce draw.
Tip The salad tastes great with chopped ham or tuna.
