 4 cups chicken stock (preferable homemade)
5 cloves garlic
1 cup croutons, or rather dry bread cubes
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
In a saucepan (or in a shallow casserole) saute the bread and garlic with 2 tablespoons olive oil. As always, sotarisma means until browned garlic, not to burn. Once browned garlic, then with a fork to melt, bread and garlic together to become a mass and immediately add the chicken broth and bay leaf. Since beginning to heat and add salt to our taste. After 5 minutes cooking the soup is ready. Serves two people (though I can eat all of my own).
