4 cloves of garlic 4 potatoes 5 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. lemon juice salt
Preparation Instructions:
Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Peel garlic cloves, remove sprout if exists and crush them.
Put mashed potatoes, crushed garlic, lemon juice and salt in a mixer.
Blend, while adding the oil drop by drop, until the mixture becomes smooth. If the mixture appears too dry, add a little water.
Serving instructions: Lovely served with fried fish |
