Fried Apples is a sweet dessert to enrol to your main meal
Fried Apples
6 apples
50 gr. butter
2 tsp. tablespoon sugar
Peel apples, cut into four, the heart and remove the seeds and cut each quarter in half. We put over low heat a skillet with butter and when burned, add the chopped Millas, mix it gently with a wooden spoon to brown than ols sides and sprinkle with sugar.
Strengthens the fire once Millas get a nice golden color, They strengthen further and allow the apples to cook until softened, without the mix.
Place in deep Serving Platters and serve cold or inconclusive
