Ingredients for 6-8 servings 1 1/2 pound fresh peas blanched 3/4 cup olive oil 1 cup flour 1 cup water 4-5 cloves garlic, chopped 5 tablespoons vinegar salt chopped dill
Cut beans in half without having to get the edge. The boil in plenty of water for 50-60 minutes. Strain.
Heat oil and saute garlic.
Dissolve flour in water and vinegar and pour in the oil. Salt. Stir vigorously until the sauce thickens. If it is too tight dilute with some water still.
Serve beans and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with dill.
Note. Cook the beans and a second time if you want to clean refreshing water to leave any trace of cyanide-containing, which may make you small problems.
