Fillet of beef with broccoli and rice easy recipe

250 gr. lean beef tenderloin 2 tablespoons soy sauce ½ cup water 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 tsp olive oil ½ cup celery ¼ cup chopped onion 1 clove garlic 1 cup broccoli ½ cup rice

Marinate the beef tenderloin in a mixture of soy sauce, cornstarch and water at room temperature. In a nonstick pan preheat the olive oil and place the beef fillet with celery, onion and garlic. After 10 minutes, add broccoli. Hold the sauce in which to marinate and add to baking pan until the meat is ready. Turn off heat and let the mixture for a few minutes. Boil the rice separately and serve as an accompaniment.
