Festal salad
Materials
2 cups grated carrot
2 cups grated cabbage
2 cups grated red cabbage
1 large Radish divided into very thin slices
pieces of red pepper from jar
2 chikori (Maroulakis Belgium)
Performance
Place a large platter of cut vegetables in cycles. Wrap the slices of Radish in bags and secure them with wooden hairpins. Put funnels stand two hours in cold water. Remove hairpins, and place in center of salad. Put in each funnel a bit red pepper. Peritrigyriste the salad leaves chikori. Sprinkle it with salt and freshly ground pepper and pour in the oil and lemon juice in a ratio of 2 to 1, just before serving.
