Exotic SALAD anana

1 fresh pineapple
1 chicken breast, cooked
2 apples
3 eggs tightly
100 gr. pitted olives
100 gr. pickles
salt
Ingredients for the sauce:
3 large egg whites
juice of 1 orange
80 gr. ketchup
few drops Tabasco
salt
400 gr. Light oil

Materials for decorating:
100 gr. boiled shrimp
cherries
endive or other
green vegetable

Cut pineapple in half, without removing the leaves, and pour keeping the flesh and the shell. Cut the Thermomix all the ingredients separately, 4 speed (time depends on the material).
