6 rolls
3 cups fresh milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
salt
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons sultanas
2 tablespoons olive oil

Outturn

Cut rolls in half. Stir the egg yolks with sugar, add salt and milk and pour this mixture on slices of bread. Leave the slices of bread soaked for about 30 minutes. Prepare meringue beating the egg whites, and pour over the rolls. Sprinkle with sultanas.
Place in a pan a little olive oil and let it burn. Stir in the soaked slices and upset too until browned on both sides.
