Easy and cheap ice cream cocoa recipe

Ice cream cocoa is one of the most popular ice cream


The following is a very easy and cheap-economic recipe for homemade ice cream! Be amazed by the simplicity of materials needed for the recipe and the simplicity of execution! And the result is softer homemade ice cream you've ever tasted!
It contains no eggs, you do not have ice cream, do not need intermediate blows for not doing crystal and is impressive in texture and flavor! It becomes softer and the bought and does no crystals!.


* 1 can evaporated milk 410 gr (preferably no light)
* 1 folder GIOTIS mousse ("Super mousse GIOTIS")
* 1 cup (about 220 ml) fresh milk (preferably not light)
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 tablespoons cognac / brandy (optional)



1) Place the evaporated milk in the freezer for 2 hours to freeze. It is very important to stay evaporated in the freezer for 2 hours, otherwise you will not fluffy when hit and will triple in volume.
2) Pour the contents of the file mousse "GIOTIS" along with 1 cup fresh milk in a small bowl. And add half the sugar and beat with mixer on high speed until whipped. If you want, put the bowl in the refrigerator until you prepare the mixture evaporated (step 3).
3) Remove the evaporated from the freezer and pour into a large bowl. Mix in remaining sugar (half a glass) in the basin, along with 2 tablespoons brandy and whip with mixer on high speed for at least 10 minutes. Should this mixture to triple in volume.
4) Put the cream in bowl and beat with mixer for a while, until mixture is smooth.
5) Pour this mixture into a container of ice cream (preferably metal) and place in freezer. Leave in freezer for at least 12 hours. INTERMEDIATE NOT NEED to remove it and strike!


The amount of ice produced is about 2.5 liters. Comes a bit sweet so you can use less sugar if you want (eg 3/4 cup sugar). If you want to make ice cream cocoa / chocolate, then use Super mousse cocoa / chocolate. The packing box has GIOTIS Super mousse in 2 folders. You mean that you will use only one! Alternatively, you can use a folder GIOTIS garni. I've tried to fix it and light materials (ie evaporated light, fresh and light milk 1/2 cup sugar) and did not come out all ugly!
