Easy Ice Cream Recipe

Another cheap and easy recipe for homemade ice cream! It only takes three (3) materials for the preparation and the execution is aploustasi! The ice produced is soft and fluffy and has a unique flavor!
Like several other recipes that are hosted on this site, ice cream has no eggs, ice cream maker need not and do not require intermediate blows!.

MATERIALS:

* 1 can sweetened milk
* 1 can evaporated milk 410 gr (preferably no light)
* 1 morfat cream (cans)
* 2-3 tablespoons cognac / brandy / liqueur (optional)

Info:

EXECUTION:

1) Put the cans of morfat maintenance for 1 hour before use.
2) Place the evaporated milk in the freezer for about 1.5 hours.
3) In a large bowl beat the morfat with mixer for at least 10 minutes. It is VERY important that the cream to hit too well to ice cream to go soft.
4) Pour in bowl and sweetened milk and beat with mixer on high speed for 1 minutes more.
5) Remove the evaporated from the freezer and add to bowl. Mix in brandy and xtypame with mixer on high speed for another 10 minutes.
6) Pour this mixture into a metal bowl of ice cream and place in freezer for at least 12 hours. INTERMEDIATE NOT NEED HITS THE ICE CRYSTALS DO NOT!

REMARKS:

The amount of ice cream produced is approximately 2 liters. Instead of whipped morfat, you can use herbal cream of 500 ml or a folder GIOTIS garni. To score the ice to harden and WITHOUT making no crystals, it is very important that the cream to hit very well. This is the key to proper preparation and success of this ice cream. Note that can be several variations and to make many flavors. For example, if we add the evaporated milk 1 tablespoon instant coffee you can make ice mocha. Or you can add cocoa or melted chocolate to make ice cream, respectively cocoa or chocolate.
