Dessert with carrot , is a very special sweet and very easy to make it.
DESSERT WITH CARROT
Materials
1 pound carrots tenderly and cables
1 cup water
600 gr. sugar
zest of 1 orange or vanilla
1 / 2 pound of glucose (1 jar )
Peel carrots, cut pieces or leave whole (as we prefer), place them in a saucepan to scalding, and when left with very little water, take them out and finely chop. If you want to be chopped sweet, rub the carrots. Replace the carrots in a saucepan, add sugar and orange zest if we put the now add to the pot. If we want vanilla, place them in the end. Add and glucose. Boil the sweet and stirring with a spoon. The syrup should be made "knot" that is to fall in drops and not spreading.
