Courgettes lamb in the oven
1 pound lamb (leg)
1 pound zucchini
3 fresh tomatoes
4 tablespoons butter
salt
pepper
Description:
Salt and pepper the meat. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and run into the pan and put them over the meat. Add butter. Bake in moderate oven until lightly browned and almost done. Wash the courgettes, cut into slices not too thin and pepper. The put those into the pan and cooked until it becomes butter for sauce. |
