Colorful Risotto is for lovers of rice and not only

Colorful Risotto easy recipe ingredients for 4 servings:
500 gr. Rice (for risotto)
1 large onion
3 Medium colorful peppers (yellow, red, orange)
1 cube Chicken
- White Wine (half cup)
2 pinch of salt
2 Pinch Pepper
100 gr. Cream (low fat)
3 tablespoons oil
150 gr. Parmesan


* Finely chop the onion and fry gently in a saucepan with 3 tbsp oil.
* Add the rice and stir until translucent.
* Pour the rice with half a glass of wine once the alcohol evaporates, add 2 cups hot water in which we dissolve the cube chicken.
* Stir constantly and add the peppers (finely chopped in a mkra cubes) and 2 pinch of salt.
* To cook the rice, lower heat and gradually add about 5-6 cups warm water (as drinking boiled until a sufficient degree).
* The shuffling continues (attention because it is easy to hang) and once the rice is ready add the 2 / 3 from the grated cheese, pepper and cream.
* Continue for a while still whisking until the cream thickens.
* Serve the risotto adding part from the cheese left over.
