Dampen and drain the kernels. Clean and wash vegetables. Put in blender cylinder racks of the vegetables into pieces, bread, refined garlic and cucumber slices to make puree. Mix the mashed vegetables with ketchup, wine and water. Add salt and pepper as desired. Serve the soup cold.
