Cold smoked salmon with mustard sauce 4 thin slices smoked salmon
For mustard sauce
2 tablespoons mild mustard 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 4 tablespoons olive oil 4 tablespoons light cream 2 tablespoons chopped dill
Outturn
In a blender mix the mustard, sugar and vinegar. Then slowly add olive oil and put the mixer to the fastest speed. Put the mixture into a bowl, and beat the cream in mixer until thickened. Add whipped cream and mix in the mustard and stir well throwing the chopped dill. Serve each salmon fillet with 2 tablespoons of the mustard sauce. |
