Chocolate Mousse

Bitter chocolate 170gr
3 tsp. coffee soup can
2 eggs, yolks and whites beaten apart
1/2 cup thick cream
1 tsp. tablespoon orange liqueur
A few drops of vanilla flavor
Dissolve over a low heat chocolate in coffee. Add yolks, stir and leave over the heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool and add egg whites, cream, vanilla and liqueur. Serve in mugs you can decorate as desired.
