Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

Another easy recipe for chocolate ice cream that does not require the use of ice cream!

It takes only 3 ingredients to make and the preparation is easy! The ice cream is getting soft, contains no eggs and no need for intermediate hits do not krystalliasei!

* 1 can evaporated milk 410 gr (preferably no light)
* 1 cup (about 200 gr) chocolate syrup
* 2 cream of 200 ml with at least 30% fat
* 1 tablespoon cognac / brandy (optional)

1) Place the evaporated milk in the freezer for 2 hours to freeze. It is important that we have left in the freezer to suitably fluffy when hit with the mixer.
2) In a small bowl, add the cream and beat with mixer on high speed until they are whipped.
3) Remove the evaporated from the refrigerator and pour into a large bowl. Mix in the syrup with the brandy and beat with mixer for 10 minutes on high speed. The mixture will be fluffy when striking.
4) Add the whipped cream in bowl and beat with mixer for 1-2 minutes.
5) Empty this mixture into a bowl of ice cream and place in freezer for 10-12 hours. No need to jump in between and the shuffle / attack as the ice crystals do not!


The amount of ice cream produced is little more than 2 liters. The milk is not good is light.
As in other recipes on this page, noted that the evaporated milk should be kept in the freezer for 2 hours before the strike would not have needed fluffy as when striking. Also, the cream should be tapped as needed until they are whipped.
