1 pound whole milk
Vanilla 1 sprig cut vertically into 2
2 sticks cinnamon
100 gr. honey
tsp. of sweet pepper, cayenne
400 gr. couverture caraibe 66% cocoa, Valrhona, melted in double boiler

In a saucepan put the milk, honey, herbs and pepper. Just begins to boil, remove from the heat and add the melted dark chocolate. Allow to stay for 10 minutes, mix well, remove the cinnamon and vanilla, heat gently and serve in 6-7 cups.
