Chili Con Karni mexican recipe

Chili Con Karni is a Mexican recipe to enjoy realy popular in Mexico

Chili Con Karni

4 tablespoons olive oil
1.5 kg of soya mince
500 g onions into rings
4 cloves garlic chopped
1.2 Mr chili powder
2 tsp oregano
2 tablespoon of sweet cumin powder
1 kg (kons) ntomatoules chopped
3 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cube vegetable organic
2 kons of 400 g red beans
2 tablespoon chopped parsley

Boil the beans with a little minced water, Strain (or wait to drink the juice out). Heat 2 tablespoon of the oil in wide frying pan and saute the minced boiled beans by stirring below. Add a little oil yet. Remove from the heat and leave aside. Heat 2 tablespoon oil and saute onion and garlic until soft. Add the chilli, oregano, cumin, the ntomatoules in tomato paste, minced organic cube (and add one to two glasses of water). Cover and let simmer for about half an hour. Drain beans and add the minced meat.
Leave to simmer for 15 minutes. Serve piping hot sprinkled with parsley. Accompanied with fresh bread and green salad.
