Chicken curry

600 gr. chicken breasts cut into chunks 3 cloves garlic chopped 4 tablespoons curry paste 2 small onions chopped 1 potato, cut into small cubes 250 ml chicken broth or water 4 tablespoons fish sauce ½ teaspoon sugar 4 tablespoons (70 ml) coconut milk 3 tablespoons oil
01. In a Wok or frying pan heat the oil to burn. 02. Put the garlic and curry paste and (if you have not put curry powder) and let it brown in a casserole. 03. Bazete the chicken and stir well. Pichnete the onion, potato cubes and broth and let cook, stirring regularly. Add the coconut milk and then the fish sauce and sugar. 04. Once the potatoes soften, the food is ready. If you want more tied to the sauce, remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and allow the broth to boil some more. When thickens enough, put back the chicken, mix well and serve.
