1 large skinless chicken and cut into portions 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped 1-1 1/2 green apples. 1 tablespoon curry 1 teaspoon cumin 1 tsp coriander powder salt and freshly ground pepper 4 soup spoons of extra virgin olive oil Season chicken. In an open pan heat the olive oil and fry the chicken. Remove from the pan and put it on a platter. Put the onions and saute. When brown in a casserole and pour in the chicken. Add the apple, peeled and cut into cubes, curry powder, 1 ½ cup water, cumin, coriander, salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook food in the pan for 15 to 20 minutes.
