Chicken avocado easy recipe




This is the favorite recipe of Elizabeth Taylor was the chicken-avocado and mushrooms!


This is a tasty meal with chicken.
For this perfect recipe we need to have:
1 dark avocado peeled and diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 chickens cut into portions
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup butter

Champignon mushrooms 1 package sliced
3 tablespoons cognac
1/3 cup white wine
1 cup sour cream
2 onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup chicken broth
Chopped parsley for garnish

Irrigate avocado with lemon juice, cover and refrigerate. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat 3-4 tablespoons of butter and sauté the chicken until golden for 35 to 40 minutes to pierce with a fork. Remove from the pan and place covered with foil in a baking pan at 150 degrees in the oven while you make the sauce.

Saute onions in butter with a wooden spoon, along with mushrooms - add brandy and wine and boil until almost evaporated liquids. Add the cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the chicken to the cream and cook, stirring until thickened. Add the avocado and remaining cognac, stir and sprinkle with parsley.
