Put the ceramic plate (tajin) to fire, pour in olive oil, onions and let brown in a casserole.
Add the chicken, salt, white pepper, the turmeric, cinnamon, saffron, cover with water and let it cook for about 45 minutes.
Add raisins, honey, pomegranate seeds, almonds and cook for another 10-15 minutes to boil and give their flavor.
