For the mix of brownies
90 gr. chocolate
90 gr. sifted flour
120 gr. margarine into small pieces
150 gr. sugar
2 large eggs
1 pinch salt
For the cheesecake mixture
250 gr. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
70 gr. sugar
1 vanilla
Process
For the cheesecake mixture: mix the ingredients and beat with a whisk.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Lay greaseproof paper tray with dimensions 20X20 cm
To mix brownies: Melt chocolate and margarine in a bain-marie, let the mixture cool slightly.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until white and fluffy mixture.
Joining the egg mixture to chocolate mixture. add the flour. Mix gently.
Spread mixture in baking brownies. Cheesecake add the mixture and make a fork or a knife shapes.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes if you like the brownies are a bit moist inside. if we like the most well done cook for 5 minutes.
Let the cake cool and cut into pieces. |
