Ingredients for 6 people 1 pound carrots 1 onion melted in the mixer 4 tbsp olive oil 1 pinch cumin 1 tbsp sweet curry 1 cup coffee cream 10 Louisa leaves chopped Salt and pepper
Clean and wash the carrots, but four, the rest of the chop.
In a large pot put olive oil, chopped onion and carrots. Sauté until well absorbed all the oil from the pan.
1.5 Add water glass water and boil for about 20 minutes. Let them cool and you go from your mixer to make paste.
If mixture is too thick add a little more water. Bring to a boil and add the cumin, curry powder, salt and pepper.
If you add cream and milk. Rub four carrots you kept the grater.
Serve the soup garnished with grated carrot and sprinkle a few leaves Louise.
Note. If you want to avoid the cream into it served in soup dishes with 1 tablespoon yogurt strainer and stir gently. |
