The ingredients for the recipe:
For the dough
500 gr. flour (preferably hard)
1 package dry yeast
1 k.gl salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon dried oregano
For the filling
300 gr. Chicken fillet strips
300 gr. mixture of mushrooms
2 onions
1 green pepper
1kokkini pepper
1 cup. Mozzarella, sliced
1 cup. Crumbled feta
½ cup. Olive oil
1 cup. Tomato Sauce
Salt, pepper, oregano, basil
Process
For the dough mix flour, yeast, olive oil, salt, oregano. Add the water and start kneading. Knead until you get a pliable dough. Leave the dough for an hour to rise. Divide into 6 to 8 balls. Roll balls of dough into round leaves half cm thick.
For the filling: In a pan add the chicken with vegetables cut into slices. pour olive oil and spices. bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Brush the dough and tomato sauce Divide the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella and feta. fold in half and stick the leaves edges with a little water. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 -35 minutes. |
