Cake with chicken and sundried tomatoes
300 gr. baked chicken (fresh weight skinless and boneless)
1 cup. Sundried tomatoes chopped
160 gr. self-raising flour in
3 eggs
150 gr. vitamins melted
130 gr. milk
100 gr. Emmenthal or grated Gouda
1 cup feta cheese cubes in a tough
½ sachet baking powder
1 cup. Fresh mint or basil, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Process
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cut the chicken into cubes.
In a bowl beat eggs, add oil, milk and continue beating. Add slowly the flour that we have joined with the baking powder and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper, stir well.
Pour the mixture into tin that we have smeared with some vitamins.
Bake the salt cake for 45 to 50 minutes. |
