Butter chicken easy recipe
For marinade
2-3 diced chicken breasts
1 cup yogurt
¼ tsp cardamom powder
¼ tsp garam masala
1 + ½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp garlic paste (I found it and put garlic powder)
1 large tsp grated fresh ginger
For the sauce
1 large onion (diced)
Oil
Approximately 2 cm fresh ginger into pieces
4-5 large cloves garlic (in pieces)
A handful of dried leaves moschositarou (not found)
A handful of dried curry leaves (not found and put 1 tsp curry powder)
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp clove powder
1 tsp paprika
8-10 whole safflower seed green
Tsp ½ cayenne pepper or chili powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sugar
A little black pepper
1 + ½ cup chopped tomato or Passa
To finish
3 Tbsp butter
¼ cup evaporated milk or cream


First we make the marinade. Place all ingredients (except chicken) in a pot and stir. Add chicken and stir well to cover all the marinade. Cover pot and place in refrigerator for several hours.
Continue with the sauce. In a large frying pan put little oil, add onions and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and ginger and leave for a few more minutes, stirring so as not to burn garlic.
Add the remaining dressing ingredients, mix well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Then mash in a blender, cover container and place in refrigerator
When ready to cook Heat the sauce to low heat, being careful not to boil it will lose the intensity of the aroma.
In a large pan or gok put the butter on medium to high heat and add the marinated chicken pieces.
Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the sauce, stir well and simmer for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is ready, stirring frequently.
Pour the condensed milk or cream and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve with basmati rice and naan bread.
