Breads with onion

This is a special onion bread to enjoy with you friends

If the title of the recipe not "baked" you yet, think that you can make them in minutes and enjoy the hottest, juicy and melt-in-mouth morsels this cloudy Sunday.

4 rolls (from the neighborhood bakery)
8 to 10 pieces of pecorino cheese or other semi-hard cheese with a mild flavor
4k.s. melted butter
3 spring onions, chopped

1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
2. Cut the rolls vertically and horizontally (like scratching a cross) but without quitting and their basis.
3. Put the buns on pieces of foil and ram the pieces of cheese between the points that you cut.
4. Mix the melted butter with the chopped onions in a bowl and pour the mixture over the bread slices. Then wrap the foil (each separately) and place in a baking dish.
5. Bake for 15 minutes. Unwrap the foil and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve warm.
