Bread of sweet carrot
Explanation and ingredients:
3 cups of rallada carrot
1/2 sugar cup
1/2 oil cup
1 spoonful of vanilla
3 flour cups
4 dust teaspoons to hornear
1 teaspoon of salt
Like preparing it:
to mix the 3 cups of rallada carrot, with 1/2 sugar cup, the oil and vanilla
to sift together separate the 3 flour cups with the salt, and dusts to hornear
to add the ingredients droughts to the mixture of the carrot
to spill in mold of chimney or individual muffins previously enmantecados
to cook in furnace to 350o. F. or 175o. c. for about 45 minutes approximately |
